Return and Exchange Policy

Updated. Jan 2011 - There is a new law that says we can't take back any item that may have had direct skin contact with a person's genitals. Makes sense, who wants to buy used underwear?
We can no longer exchange or return ANY panties, thongs, teddys, shorts or any item that is designed to come in contact with a person's genitals (except if it is defective) if it shows any signs of it having been worn... If there are no obvious signs of an item having been worn we can return and exchange the above items.  If you have any questions please contact us and we'll do what we can to help. customercare@nawtylingerie.com

If you buy an item from us and you are not happy with it for any reason you may return it within 14 days. All items MUST be in new, unworn condition and will all original tags and packaging. 
There may be up to a 15% restocking fee for this. Panties, thongs, teddys and shorts cannot be returned for a refund if they have been tried on. They can only be exchanged if a defect is found. Once they have been worn, they cannot be returned for credit or exchange. This is a new health code law. Sorry.

If you would like to exchange something you bought from us or need a different size we will exchange it within 14 days. If you get an item that is defective right out of the box we will exchange it, no charge for shipping at all. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery however. 

You must send back the item(s) you wish to return/exchange with a copy of your receipt. Once they have been inspected and are in new, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging we will refund your money or ship you the new items. For exchanges, If there is a price difference between the new and old items we will need payment of that amount before we can ship the replacement items. Items that have been worn or are damaged while or due to being worn will not be refunded or exchanged. No exceptions This is a health code issue. You must email as soon as possible if you need to make a return and so we can provide you with the RMA # and shipping info.

All Closeout Item Sales Are Final, No Exchanges Or Refunds! This only applies to CLOSEOUT items. They are clearly marked as such.
